At Psychopathic Vault, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our vault team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
